Project completed: baby blanket - girl version.

One of my good friends is due with her first baby, a girl, any day now.  I whipped up another flannel ribbon blanket a couple weeks ago for her.  The flannel was on sale, and I had all the ribbon, so this cost me about $5.  Rowan decided to test it out while I was taking the pictures.  Apparently I need to make him his own.  With his love of cars I think I need to make him a car playmat like this one that Jill at Homemade by Jill made.  Maybe if I start now I'll have it done by Rowan's 3rd birthday in September.

  1. GOOD JOB Heather!!! It turned out really cute!! I'm quilting the one I made from a jelly roll so hopefully I will have it done by the end of the month. (I want to get a 3rd ribbon at he court of honor for the girls and boys in MIA.) I'll post it on the craft blog when I'm done! hugs Keep up the good work!!

  2. Beautiful!!! :) You do so great at these things - finding flannel on sale that looks so cute with other flannel on sale? That's a skill I have yet to develop, LOL! :)
